The secluded property contains the main house, with two air-conditioned bedrooms and an open-air living area with extra sleeping room in a loft overlooking the main level. This villa was designed to embrace an indoor outdoor lifestyle and to create a central living space that brings the outdoors inside. The layout and open air doors allows guests to enjoy the surrounding nature without the need for air conditioning.  The outdoor spaces are all fully screened. The main level opens to a wrap-around deck with a comfy porch swing, seating area, and dining area all leading to the plunge pool in the front of the bungalow.

Just a few meters away is a separate air-conditioned casita (little House)with a full bath, a day bed, and a trundle that sleeps 2. By opening the gated entrance to the inside of the house, a large open-air common area is created by adding the deck seating.

The kitchen has all the modern appliances you need for your tropical vacation and a pass-through window to the outdoor dining table is a convenient way to serve your guests.
