Others are designed for the moments people remember for years.
Casa de las Brisas belongs firmly in the second category.
Spread across five levels and more than 10,000 square feet of living space, the villa was thoughtfully designed to bring people together while preserving a sense of personal space and privacy. Families gather for sunset dinners, friends reconnect beside the pool, and multi-generational groups naturally find places to spend time together throughout the property.
The scale of the estate allows everyone to feel part of the experience without ever feeling crowded.
One of the villa’s most remarkable features is its collection of three private swimming pools.
Each creates a different atmosphere throughout the day, from quiet morning swims to lively afternoons spent together under the tropical sun.
Above it all sits the villa’s signature 1,000-square-foot sky deck. Elevated above the rainforest canopy, it offers sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, Manuel Antonio National Park, and the surrounding coastline.
Sunrise coffee, afternoon relaxation, yoga sessions, family photographs, and sunset celebrations all seem naturally drawn to this extraordinary space.
Large private estates are often found in remote locations.
Casa de las Brisas offers something far more unusual.
Guests enjoy the privacy of a luxury estate while remaining within walking distance of Manuel Antonio National Park, nearby beaches, restaurants, cafés, and local experiences.
This unique combination of accessibility and exclusivity allows guests to experience the destination more naturally, spending less time in transportation and more time enjoying Costa Rica.
Wildlife is part of daily life here. Monkeys move through the surrounding trees, scarlet macaws fly overhead, and sloths, toucans, and countless tropical birds are frequent visitors to the rainforest canopy surrounding the villa.
A private chef is included for two meals daily (food costs additional), allowing guests to enjoy beautifully prepared meals without leaving the villa.
Beyond the property itself, personalized concierge services help transform a stay into a fully curated Manuel Antonio experience. Guests can enjoy wildlife tours, private catamaran cruises, sportfishing charters, snorkeling adventures, waterfall hikes, ATV excursions, whitewater rafting, and zip-lining experiences through the rainforest canopy.
Every experience is tailored around the interests of your group.
