House rules
- Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 to 9:00 pm. If you will be arriving late please let us know what time by calling our office at 2777-5258 or the hosts at 6039-0305 or 6021-2479.
- No smoking inside the villa
- Due to limited parking and as a courtesy to the neighbors, please consult with the office regarding any parties you plan for more than the members of your group.
Weddings
There is a site fee of $2000 that applies if having an event like a wedding, maximum capacity for an event is 70 people. The site fee at can be reduced $250 for each additional home rented from a select group of homes. The chef services included in the rental rate do not apply to an event like a wedding, a catering service for the event can be arranged for through your coordinator. The site fee does include additional staff to assist with moving furniture and a maid for 4 hours during the event to help keep the bathrooms and general area picked up. The site fee does not cover the cost of any equipment rentals such as chairs or tables nor does it include coordination services. The site fee will be paid with the final rental payment 30 days prior to arrival.

Occupancy policy
- Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom until all bedrooms are rented
- For each guest above 20 in a 10 bedroom rental there is an additional fee:
- $75 a night in high season and holiday weeks
- $61 a night in mid season
- $47 a night in low season
- Bedrooms not rented will not be offered to anyone else, the property is always private to just your group.
