• First Level:

Here, you will find a large, modern kitchen and a living room with a half-bathroom. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, new modern appliances, and handmade custom cabinets. The living room features a large flat-screen TV with built-in Netflix.

• Second Level:

This level has a beautiful dining area with plenty of room for family and friends. The views from the dining table are magnificent.

Third Level: The third level includes a balcony with perfect views of the Pacific Ocean, a pool table, and a Foosball table. Play some pool or relax on the terrace while watching the stunning sunsets of Manuel Antonio.

• Second Floor Bedrooms

On the second floor of the main house, there is a master suite and two guest bedrooms, separated by a catwalk. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and a large-screen TV. The master suite comes with a private balcony and fantastic ocean views. This vacation home is primarily built with tinted glass walls for privacy, allowing for a 270-degree view of the jungle, Pacific Ocean, mountains, and valleys. Situated above surrounding homes, this villa offers great privacy. The rear terrace is large and is surrounded by a tropical forest that is home to a vast array of exotic wildlife, which often passes by the house.

The Grand Guest House

The guest house is located on the opposite side of the pool and includes a king bed, sofa, and a full bath. All bedrooms have large flat-screen TVs.
