Private Home For Your Manuel Antonio Vacation
This stunning private villa boasts 10,500-square-foot of space, surrounded by beautiful jungle and magnificent ocean views.
The 5-level home features a multi-colored glass skylight that creates beautiful patterns on the wooden floors below. The large main house has 6 private suites on multiple levels and there are 2 separate guest houses, each with 2 bedrooms.
A room with a view
With ten extra large luxury bedrooms, this is one of Manuel Antonio’s best vacation rentals. It can be rented as a private six-bedroom house; additional bedrooms can be booked as needed. See our rates page for more details. The home offers you and your travel group privacy during your entire vacation.
Throughout the home, you will find beautiful teak hardwood flooring and high vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all American modern appliances. Take a look at our floor plans. A private chef is included for 2 meals per day (cost of food and drinks are additional). Ask us about our meal plans to include the food and drinks, with or without alcohol.

Sights and sounds
Enjoy the sights and sounds of the exotic birds swooping through the canopy as you drink a cup of Costa Rican coffee at sunrise. Enjoy a day hiking through the National Park at Manuel Antonio / Costa Rica. Play in the surf or enjoy one of the many adventure tours available in the area.
Spend your sunsets relaxing on the back veranda looking out high above the natural rainforest. Watch the monkeys hanging out in the trees nearby.

The television on the main level has a Bose surround sound system, and both TVs come equipped with cable. The game room has a regulation pool table and indoor plunge pool. Large glass doors provide an expansive view of the jungle outside and open wide to let the tropical breezes in.

Things to keep in mind
House rules
- Check-in is after 3:00 pm. If you will be arriving late please let us know what time by calling our office at 2777-5258 or the hosts at 6039-0305 or 6021-2479.
- No smoking inside the villa
- Due to limited parking and as a courtesy to the neighbors, please consult with the office regarding any parties you plan for more than the members of your group
Weddings
There is a site fee of $1500 that applies if having an event like a wedding, maximum capacity for an event is 40 people. The site fee at can be reduced $250 for each additional home rented from a select group of homes. The chef services included in the rental rate do not apply to an event like a wedding, a catering service for the event can be arranged for through your coordinator. The site fee does include additional staff to assist with moving furniture and a maid for 4 hours during the event to help keep the bathrooms and general area picked up. The site fee does not cover the cost of any equipment rentals such as chairs or tables nor does it include coordination services. The site fee will be paid with the final rental payment 30 days prior to arrival.

Occupancy policy
- Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom until all bedrooms are rented
- For each guest above 20 in a 10 bedroom rental there is an additional fee:
- $75 a night in high season and holiday weeks
- $61 a night in mid season
- $47 a night in low season
- Bedrooms not rented will not be offered to anyone else, the property is always private to just your group.

Unforgettable Rainforest Retreat with Exceptional Service
Living amidst the rainforest was truly magical. Daily sightings of monkeys, iguanas, and macaws provided constant entertainment and a true sense of immersion in nature. The cleaning crew maintained the property impeccably while remaining discreet and respectful of our privacy.
However, what truly elevated our vacation to an unforgettable experience was the exceptional service provided by our chef, Sarah, and her assistant, Marie. Their attention to detail, personalized menu suggestions, and dedication to creating unique and delicious meals every day were truly outstanding. They were a joy to be around and ensured our entire group was well-cared for throughout our stay.
The excursions were also top-notch. The waterfall repelling and zip line adventure by Quepo Canyoning was an absolute highlight, offering a thrilling and unforgettable adventure.
